Pacote python `mplsoccer` não é instalado usando reticulate

Olá pessoal, tudo bem?

Estou tentando importar um pacote no python via pacote reticulatemas não estou conseguindo: reticulate::py_install('mplsoccer')

Essa é a menssagem que recebo:
