Personalizando tema de relatório com Rmarkdown + pagedown

Boa tarde!
Essa dúvida foi recebida no curso de Relatório e Visualização de dados:

Gostaria de criar um cabeçalho e roda-pé com logo da minha universidade, ministério da saúde, governo federal etc, para todas as páginas quando eu fosse imprimir em PDF usando do HTML_paged. Porém como ele vem com CSS pré-formatado eu não soube como mudar para deixar do meu jeito. Até tentei aprender usando o material do w3, mas vi que eu investiria horas para conseguir aprender a formatar um CSS. Tem alguma forma mais fácil de fazer isso? Um cabeçalho e rodapé estilizado com cor e figuras?

1 curtida

Eu faço isso com um report em PDF (LaTeX), com a opção de usar um template.

Começo o arquivo rmd assim:

---
params:
  title: NA
  subtitle: NA
  report_data: NA
  tipo: NA
title: ""
author: ""
date: ""
output:
  pdf_document:
    template: boletim_template.tex
classoption: a4paper
geometry: margin=3cm
header-includes:
   - \usepackage[default]{sourcesanspro}
   - \usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
   - \usepackage{background}
   - \usepackage{ifthen}
   - \usepackage{titling}
   - \usepackage{sectsty}
   - \usepackage{lettrine}
   - \usepackage{multicol}
mainfont: SourceSansPro
lang: pt-BR
---

```{r setup, include=FALSE}
knitr::opts_chunk$set(echo = TRUE, dev="cairo_pdf")
\AddEverypageHook{%
\ifthenelse{\value{page}=1}%
{\backgroundsetup{
scale=1,
color=black,
opacity=1.0,
angle=0,
pages=all,
contents={%
\includegraphics[width=\paperwidth,height=\paperheight]{fundo1.png}
}%
}%
}%
{\backgroundsetup{
scale=1,
color=black,
opacity=1.0,
angle=0,
pages=all,
contents={%
\includegraphics[width=\paperwidth,height=\paperheight]{fundo2.png}
}%
}%
}%
\BgMaterial}
\definecolor{green_boletim}{HTML}{0f8185}
\subsectionfont{\color{green_boletim}}
E uso um `boletim_template.tex` que adaptei de algum lugar, não lembro de onde :sweat_smile:
Olá Beatriz assisti uma live semana passada onde vc falou do Pagedown. Realmente está atendendo ao que eu buscava conforme disse. Mas há coisas que quero mudar no template default.
A margem da página (A4) tentei alterar por css:
  1. criei um identidade_visual.css contendo:
     `.pagina{  margin: 113px 75px 75px 94px; }`
  2. Em YAML fiz:
    title: ""
     output:
     pagedown::html_paged:
       css:
         - anm_identidade_visual.css
         - default-page
         - default
       toc: true
       self_contained: true
       knit: pagedown::chrome_print
será que funcionou? :thinking:
Não!
Apenas criou uma margem a partir da que existia, apertando o texto…
Como vc faria?
Oi gente! Esse tópico acabou passando, desculpa a demora!
Para criar um relatório em pagedown onde todas as páginas contenham o logo, recomendo testar o template html_letter, pois já contém isso.
Exemplo da documentação:
Essas são as primeiras linhas do template, e logo após o YAML aparece o campo para colocar o link do logo:
---
title: "A letter of recommendation for Emi Tanaka"
author: "Yihui Xie"
output:
  pagedown::html_letter:
    self_contained: false
links-to-footnotes: true
paged-footnotes: true
# uncomment this line to produce HTML and PDF in RStudio:
knit: pagedown::chrome_print
---
![The RStudio logo](https://www.rstudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/RStudio-Logo-Blue-Gray-250.png){.logo}
Agora, para mudar o CSS desse (ou outros) templates @hal-delaserna , recomendo pegar o arquivo do CSS, adaptar e usar o adaptado. Tem um gist que eu fiz com um código para buscar os arquivos CSS originais:
Exemplo:
get_templates_packages <- function(path, pacote = "pagedown", template = "thesis") {
  path_resources <- system.file("resources", package = pacote)
  files_resources <-
    fs::dir_ls(path_resources, recurse = TRUE, regexp = template)
  fs::dir_create(path)
  path_glue <- glue::glue("{path}{fs::path_file(files_resources)}")
  fs::file_copy(files_resources, path_glue)
}
get_templates_packages(path = "./", pacote = "pagedown", template = "letter")
O código acima vai fazer uma cópia do arquivo CSS para a pasta raiz do projeto. E aí você pode usar ele no YAML:
output:
  pagedown::html_letter:
    css:
      - letter.css
    self_contained: false
E então alterar as coisas desejadas nesse arquivo letter.css usando a estrutura já existente. Ex: adicionei as seguintes linhas no arquivo letter.css, e para descobrir quais coisas mudar foi necessário inspecionar a página HTML gerada :
.pagedjs_page {
--pagedjs-margin-right: 0.5in  !important;
--pagedjs-margin-left: 0.5in !important;
--pagedjs-margin-top: 0.5in  !important;
--pagedjs-margin-bottom: 0.5in !important;
}
Terminei escrevendo um CSS mas deu trabalho viu, a sua dica, usar o css original do template é bem melhor mesmo. Acabei sendo obrigado a estudar regras de precedência e especificidade e acho que isso aconteceria usando o CSS default. Sobre a dica do html_letter, ela tmb foi muito boa. Eu usei o html_paged, mas considero fazer testar a mudança pra ver. Vlw mesmo :slightly_smiling_face:
